I had a mixed experience with The Modern Classroom. While the teaching methods were innovative and engaging, the overall customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of courses to choose from. However, there were some technical issues during my online classes, which were frustrating. The instructors were knowledgeable and helpful, but there were instances when they seemed unprepared. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
