This company purchased my home loan and little did...

This company purchased my home loan and little did I know that they never acquired my homeowners insurance info in the transfer. I go on paying my bill as usual and then receive a check from our escrow account. Of course I then investigate and discover the problem myself. I have been trying to contact them to correct this for 4 days. You will never ever get anyone on the phone and they do not reply to email inquiries. I have even considered refinancing at a higher rate just to get away from this awful company.
