I have had a mixed experience with Ars Luminae. While their customer service is really great, I found their products to be just average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the products was not up to my expectations. The prices were also on the higher side. Overall, I would rate Ars Luminae as average.
