I had a fairly average experience with Novamelt Real Estate LLC. The customer service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where I felt like my questions were not answered thoroughly. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
