I have had mixed experiences with the North Carolina Job Service. While the job search functionality is good, I have faced issues with the customer support. It often takes a long time for them to respond to my queries and sometimes they are not able to resolve the issues. However, I must say that their job listings are quite extensive and I have been able to find relevant opportunities through their platform.
