I've had some issues in the distant past with Karl's, but my interactions within the last few years has been really good.

For a large dealership such as this, it is easy for people and issues to fall through the cracks, but that doesn't seem to happen at Karl's. Super responsive to requests and resolved any issues that arose.

I've purchased a vehicle there and had $10,000 worth of body work done, and I don't know how much better they could have done with either of those experiences. Karl and Chevrolet are doing it right and I hope they keep it up.
