I registered with Taurus Infotek for my Canadian PR in 2017 and started the procedure. My case officer was Priyanka and I can't thank her enough for her patience, understanding and perseverance. Initially communication was a bit difficult as I live out of India. My suggestion would be to be in daily touch with your case officer and not wait for them to contact you. If you show initiation, the case officer will make sure your queries are answered. My case was a complicated one as I not only changed from country A to country B, I also got married and my application went on from single to a couple application. Priyanka helped me navigate through all of this and now we both have successfully received our stamped passports back. We will be going to Canada soon to perform our landing.
