As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Big wave media. The website, bigwavemedia.co.uk, provided a decent user interface but lacked some important features. The overall service was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The team was responsive and helpful, but there were a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a resolution. All in all, an average experience.
