Review of Southern Beach Hotel & Resort

Good hotel except location.

Good hotel except location.

Use 10F for family travel. There is also a private lounge on 10F and check-in there. Drinks and snacks were provided free of charge and it was convenient.
On the other hand, the lower floor has restaurants and rental cars, as well as laundry and karaoke, so you can enjoy it even without building. Each staff member's response is good and satisfied.

If you give a little more points, it looks like

1: The parking lot uses Times, and hotel guests must get a free ticket at the front desk each time.
2: The neighborhood is a factory area and the room on the land side is ocean (port & factory) view. There is no convenience store within walking distance, and the car moves. But I need a ticket like 1 and bother.
3: The parking lot is away from the building and is outdoor. If it's rain, it gets wet.
4: There is a breakfast to order Japanese and Western food the day before, but not all will come out.
