I have been a loyal customer of Cik telecom inc. for several years now and I have to say, their service is average. It's not great, but it's also not terrible. The internet speed is decent most of the time, but there are occasional dropouts. The customer support could be better, as they are sometimes slow to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would rate Cik telecom inc. as average.
