I recently started using this bank and so far, I am impressed. The online banking experience is smooth and hassle-free. The customer service team is responsive and knowledgeable. They have been able to assist me with all my questions and concerns. The only suggestion I have is to improve their mobile app interface, as it can be a bit clunky at times.
