I've tried several Pilates studios over the years, but none compare to Union Pilates. The instructors are excellent - they provide clear and concise instructions, and are always available to answer any questions or provide modifications. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and has a calming ambiance. The classes are challenging and cater to all levels of fitness. I have seen significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and posture since joining Union Pilates. Highly recommend!
