Wow! The worst customer service I ve ever experi...

Wow! The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Forgot to charge me for the large order I ordered for my art studio . Months later when I do not have the money and after the furniture was delivered they demand money. I told them I had paid them but after looking the $50k that came out of my account that month to build my business did not include them. I had the money to pay (pre-covid) when they agreed they would charge my card. They didn t and I shared the emails with them proving their mistake and sharing my situation.. I have paid half the amount owed (which would have been paid in full had they charged me on time) but they are still suing my new business I started feb.2020. No understanding that a global pandemic was underway making my life harder and trying to embarrass me by telling all my employees the situation as well. Now they are suing me for many additional fees. I feel like this was almost a trick. Stay away!
