I hated the medical department. They scheduled me ...

I hated the medical department. They scheduled me with DR. John Pham and canceled my appointment due to the system being down. They canceled my second appointment too and nobody cares. I took a day off to visit the dr. Very unreliable and they apparently don t have a reliable system.
