I recently hired a home renovation company for some upgrades to my house. The services provided were satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues along the way. Chris Ross Platinum Homes, LLC did a decent job overall, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. The team was friendly and responsive, but there were a few delays during the project. Despite these shortcomings, I am happy with the final outcome.
