Communication from the leasing department is the most unprofessional I've ever saw in my 20 plus years of renting. You will have to look for upper management to email just to get some kind of response. Upon move in we were not given any instructions on how to pay rent
we had to ask hey is there a log in and were told oh yea I gave that to you come to find out nope she didnt she was too worried how detailed we were on the move in checklist she forgot. Same thing with maintenance issues never told how to send in a request. Then we were charged 200 for the request but was never told they just added it to the next months rent. More issues raised but we didn't report them for fear of being held responsible. Now it's time to move out and oh boy do they give you problems. We were not given a chance to go month to month due to covid19 and the hardships of finding some where to move. We received an email daily from different people asking when were leaving and requesting a return address.. we replied and still recieved the same email and phone call almost daily because of lack of communication on their part. I would not recommend them to lease from or buy.
