I wanted to share my experience with an insurance company that I recently had to deal with. I was looking for a new insurance policy and came across this one online. They seemed to have good rates, so I decided to give them a try. The process of getting a quote was fairly easy and straightforward. However, their customer service was not the best. It took a while to get a response from them and they were not very helpful in answering my questions. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected a bit more.
