I had a somewhat average experience with the Shimmer group. While their website shimmer.co.za offers a decent range of services, I found it slightly difficult to navigate. The customer support team was responsive, but the quality of assistance varied. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas.
