A true 5 star hotel. We checked in twice over the course of a week. The first night our room was enormous with a bathroom with separate tub and shower. The 2nd time we ended up in a smaller room with the toilet and shower completely separated. In both cases the rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

The hotel has a full size fitness center in the basement available to guests for no charge.

Although we didn't visit, it also has a Grand Casino attached (By the logo it's the same brand founded in Minnesota and still operating casinos in Hinkley and Mille Lacs, MN)

There is an upscale shopping arcade and multiple restaurants including a sports bar.

If there is a drawback it's that the hotel is not terribly close to anything. The Parliament building is near, and you can walk to old town, but assume it will be a 20-25 minute walk to get to a more interesting area of town. Public transit and shopping didn't seem especially convenient either, although there was a supermarket about two blocks away in the base of an apartment building.

And we're pretty sure that after we ordered room service they tipped a prostitute off that we might be potential customers. She knocked on the door about 30 minutes later - but she was very much barking up the wrong tree. On the other hand based on my experience I think in room prostitution might be normal practice in the former Eastern Block. Like having a safe in the closet or a Bible in the nightstand - a prostitute in the hall comes standard.
