Went in the afternoon on a weekend to check out the place. Not very crowded at all. We waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before an employee came out. He apologized and was nice though. We asked him to show us around. It's essentially one big studio space, not much to it. Looked clean and at that time there were plenty of machines. He did say that it gets really crowded early in the morning and around 5pm, which makes sense since people would want to go before and after work. They offer a bunch of classes and have schedules available online and in store. Before we left he even offered us 4 day guest passes to try out the gym, which was nice. He went through their membership plans, pretty straight forward, and answered our questions about discounts and promotions.
