I recently had an experience with the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) and I must say it was average. The service they provided was satisfactory, but there were some areas where they could improve. The website was a bit outdated and hard to navigate, making it difficult to find the information I needed. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, addressing my queries in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate my experience with MIBCO as average.
