I stayed on the 19th floor for 2 nights in December for a conference. This hotel is nice, the views are nice, the beds are comfortable, customer service is good. However, like other hotels in Vegas, everything was overpriced. There was no free Internet, no coffee maker or microwave in the room, and due to what seems like an antiquated system, you have to wait about 5 minutes for the hot water to start working. A refill of plain drip coffee was available for $4.33 in the hotel coffee bar. Bottled water was a similar situation. Also, there were not great options for food.
