Northwest Community Hospital sent my 83 year old relative, with a broken femur, in a bumpy ambulance to the Lutheran Home. The LH promptly sent her back to the hospital who promptly sent her back to LH, bouncing her over the RR tracks 3 times!
The night nurses aides at LH were terrible to my relative, not taking any care to be gentle with the broken leg. They were so rough moving her, the screaming brought another nursing assistant to see what was happening.
Then Lutheran Home refered them to a home care company, LifeTech Home Care, that lied about everything, didn't bring the required medical supplies, used up my relative's medical supplies, and left my homebound relative without clean bandages. Shame on you Lutheran Home and Life Tech!
