I have been an active member of the Foundation for Ichthyosis & Related Skin Types, Inc. (FIRST) community for a while now. Their website, firstskinfoundation.org, is more than just a resource hub. It's a place where you can find understanding, support, and connection. They have done an excellent job of fostering a community that embraces diversity and uplifts individuals with skin conditions. The Foundation for Ichthyosis & Related Skin Types, Inc. (FIRST) has been instrumental in making me feel empowered and less alone in my journey. I highly recommend them!
