Faulty equipment and rip off

I had to wear the monitor two weeks ,I work 2 nd around a bunch of machines it always said no connection or move to other area and the battery went dead after two hours even though it was charged this was a waste of time and my money,Insurance paid very little this company should be investigated for faulty equipment
