The wait was entirely to long! My oil change appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, I got there before 9:30am and didn t leave until right at 12pm. I would have expected someone as a courtesy, to at least come back and let me know why it was taking so long but no one did. I m also displeased with the fact when I brought the car from this dealership I was told, new tires and everything was put on the car. The recommendation that I was given said I needed new tires as well as brakes and I was told those were new as well. I barely drive my charger because that my 2nd vehicle so apparently, the brakes and tires wasn t ever new. Good customer services goes a long way and I don t feel like I received that.
