I had a mix of feelings when dealing with The Computer Dept. Ltd. Some aspects of their service were great, while others fell short. The website compdept.com was easy to use, but the customer service was lacking. I found their staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional at times. However, their products were of good quality. It's a company with potential for improvement.
