I had a rather average experience with Glass apps....

I had a rather average experience with Glass apps. Their website looks professional and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. The products they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say that Glass apps is an average company.
