I had a mixed experience with Groom go round. While the grooming itself was fine, I found their customer service lacking. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Additionally, I had to wait longer than expected for my pet's grooming to be completed. However, the final result was satisfactory, and my pet looked neat and clean. Overall, it was an average experience.
