Never dot is an average company. I had an okay experience with their services. The website, neverdot.com, was easy to navigate and they had a good range of products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get a resolution to my problem. Overall, I would rate Never dot as average.
