I have been a customer of Davis Business Machines, Inc. for the past two years and I must say that their services have been average. The repair work they have done on my office printers has been satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. Their customer service can be a bit slow at times, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
