👋 Hey there! I recently had an experience with Honda of Clear Lake and I wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I would rate them as average. 🏢 The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse their inventory. However, when I visited the dealership, the staff seemed a bit disorganized. 🙇‍♂️ They took a while to assist me and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the cars. Although 🚗 the selection was decent, I was expecting more variety. The negotiation process was fair, but nothing exceptional. 💰 The prices were reasonable, but I felt they could have offered more incentives. ⚙️ The maintenance service was efficient, but the facilities could use some updating. The customer service throughout the process could have been more attentive and proactive. Overall, Honda of Clear Lake is an average choice for car-shopping but there's room for improvement.👍
