I have been a customer of Lane & Associates for several years now, and I have to say that their services are average. I haven't had any major problems with them, but there isn't anything that stands out either. The staff is friendly and the website is user-friendly, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
