I bought a new car last week, however I was not completely, let alone, remotely satisfied. General Sales Manager Ferris Hamdan had his assistant Lori Llynde contact me before arranging a sit down meeting to go over my experience. Mr. Hamdan and I talked at length before Mr. Moe Washah worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. Mr. Hamdan and Mr. Washah were polite, professional, personable, and gave me the impression that they truly cared about making this experience the best it could be. I thank Moe for the interpersonal interaction. We were able to relate and share experiences which aided me immensely towards changing this experience into a positive one.
