Befor meeting Mr. Eddie Chavez, he had already pre qualified us over the phone and from the sound of his voice he knew exactly what we needed. Later that day, after showing us the features and benefits, he gave us a Corolla to test drive for a day so we could be more comfortable with our decision making. Every time we had questions, he had the answer. At that moment, he went from sales-man to sales-friend. He was never pushy or intimidating. Casually and professionally, our experience in finance went smooth as the car was detailed for us. As he gave us the keys, he reviewed some safety features and sent us on our way in our new Corolla.
