I recently purchased a new air conditioning unit from this company. The product itself is satisfactory and functions well in cooling my home. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some difficulties with installation and when I reached out for assistance, the response time was slow, and the representatives seemed uninformed. 🤔 Additionally, the product did not come with clear instructions, which made the installation process a bit of a hassle. On the positive side, the unit is energy efficient and has helped to lower my electricity bills. Overall, the product is decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and instructional materials.
