The Government 2.0 taskforce is doing an average job in promoting transparency and citizen engagement. They have launched a number of initiatives that encourage public participation, but there is room for improvement. While their efforts are commendable, I believe they need to be more proactive in reaching out to the public and addressing their concerns. Overall, an average rating from my side.
