The service provided by Vta is average. They are not exceptional, but not terrible either. I often use their website to find bus schedules and plan my trips, and it gets the job done. I appreciate that they provide real-time updates on bus arrivals and departures. However, there have been times when buses were delayed or canceled without any prior notice, which was frustrating. Overall, I would say Vta is satisfactory.
