I recently went on a trip with Balkantourist jsc and it was an average experience overall. The tour guides were knowledgeable and the itinerary was well-planned. However, some of the accommodations were not up to par and the meals provided were just okay. I would recommend looking into other tour companies before booking with Balkantourist.
