I've been using Spid metris for a while now and I have to say that their service is decent. The website is user-friendly and the products are of good quality. However, their customer support could be more responsive. It often takes too long to get a reply and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
