I joined Kontron Canada a few months ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company! The work environment is inclusive and collaborative. The management team is supportive and provides guidance whenever needed. The company values work-life balance and understands the importance of personal commitments. The colleagues are friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The only area that can be improved is communication between different teams. All in all, I am happy to be a part of Kontron Canada!
