My husband and I happened to stay at this hotel because of his professional obligations. While we have stayed in the past again, this time our stay was longer in duration, where we strongly found that unfortunately it is very unfortunate that such a hotel with such a name lacks basic functions and is not worth the money. Basic lack of parking. There is an underground garage which does not belong to the hotel but to a private company where the charge is quite high.
The operation of the hotel elevators, indulgently unacceptable. The wait was long without of course being sure that it would ever come and if it would be empty so you could get in and go upstairs or down the lobby.
The use of the pool even for the guests of the hotel had a charge of 7 while when we asked the question about its use, no one informed us about the charge, even for this amount per person. A charge that we honestly have not met in any hotel both in Greece and abroad. That is, what do they charge? The towel they give you or the sunbed? Really ridiculous for a hotel of this standard.
Finally, after our sorrow, we felt uncomfortably bad and completely "customers" that we will take their money again.
We are sorry, ladies and gentlemen, but we want to spend our money where it does not make us feel like customers. Even if they think so, they at least make sure to cover it with tact and diplomacy in other hotels, something you unfortunately did not make sure to do.
