Spence Elec is an average company. The quality of their services is decent but nothing extraordinary. I have used their services a couple of times and have had a satisfactory experience each time. The technicians were knowledgeable and the work was done efficiently. However, there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed afterwards. Overall, I would say they provide an average service.
