I had an average experience with Mad about italy. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, I was expecting more from the company based on the reviews I read online. The food and wine tour I booked was just okay, nothing special. I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what we got. Overall, it was an average experience.
