Awful company to work for. You'll work very hard, waste hours of your time and spend your own money to complete a project for them. Then 2 weeks later, they'll contact you and tell you your shop was declined, even if your report was filled out perfectly! Even if all your receipts were uploaded and everything was great. Then they contact you to tell you something is missing... but obviously it couldn't have been missing if it's required to submit the report! They lose things, then they get out of paying people. I'm contacting their client to let them know I wasn't paid for assessing their establishment, and see if they'll be kind enough to reimburse me. Too many bad experiences with this company. So many better mystery shopping companies out there who actually pay their contractors very well... stay away from goodwin hospitality scam! They're reviews online say it all! Any client who signs a contract with them should seriously consider a more reputable option!
