I have been a customer of Dignum gmbh for a while now and I must say their services are average. While their website is user-friendly and the products are of decent quality, their customer support can use some improvement. The response time is slower than expected and the representatives are not always helpful. I hope they can work on these areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
