I have been a customer of Scripps Woods Owners' Association, Inc. for several years and I must say that my experience has been average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been some instances where I felt that my concerns were not addressed properly. The monthly fees are reasonable, but I would appreciate more transparency in how the funds are being used. Overall, it's an okay experience.
