I have been a customer of a certain pet health insurance provider for a long time now. The company offers good coverage for a reasonable price. The only thing that bothers me is that their website is not user-friendly at all. It's difficult to find the information I need and the navigation is confusing. I wish they would improve their website and make it more accessible to their customers.
