Mark Stern, our Coldwell Realty agent, was excellent and very easy to work with. His likable, easy going personality, experience, and knowledge are outstanding He responded very quickly, answering all our questions, explained the steps in the selection, offer, and closing process, then walked us thru making a complicated process very easy and stress free. Mark's good natured humor and high degree of professional knowledge make him a great agent to work with. We explained our specific wants and needs in a home and he quickly gave us candidate homes which we sorted thru in a pressureless way until we found a home that was an excellent match.
