We have had their system for 7 years now and iam urging other potential customers to stay away!. Their program Promas ST is not bad to use, its acualy very clever and nice from a operator point of view. All the bugs and crashes however happens very frequent, and the program modules they use have memory leaks wich causes the program to freeze up. The worst thing about the company is their customer service, its not present at all and they want to sell you new updates rather than fix critical faults in their software.
